SPECIAL EVENTS POLICY
The Pacific Beach Community Advisory Committee (PBCAC) was established to create a clear process for the review of special events intended to take place in the community of Pacific Beach and which currently require a permit from the City of San Diego. The objective of this Community Advisory Policy is to have events that both benefit and showcase the entire community of Pacific Beach.
